Check-ins | Cancellations | Gratuities
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for any skin or body treatments. This is to ensure the necessary forms or consultations are completed to allow us to maximize your experience.
For the consideration of our staff & other clients, we ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancellation. If there are several absences for booked appointments, we will require a credit card for future bookings. Further absences may result in a 50% to 100% service charge.
Leaving a gratuity is always left to the discretion of our clients. They are not included in the prices of any of our services. If you are satisfied with the service the professional has performed, a gratuity is greatly appreciated. Gift certificates for treatments and/or packages do not include gratuities. Group bookings & certain packages will have a pre-set 15% gratuity charge added to the final price for your convenience.
